Well yea, if you kill yourself to gain an advantage its a -1 otherwise its not, but thats for zeh admins to decide if teams disagree
but zioni (yes it was zioni who killed himself im jus too pr0 to do it) was trying to nade some guy in the 2nd map and its like i had a 6th sense, cause i saw the railing, and he saw it too, but then he threw the nade too low and he was like oh oh, and i was like oh oh from the beginning you know cause i had a feeling he would fuck up that nade, but really its pretty pr0 he hit the railing in the first place, but when the nade bounces back i was like run zio ruuuuuun and he was like OH NOEEES so instead of running towards the nade zioni ran away from the nade, but the nade was boucning that way aswell, so i was like noo zioni noooo the other way!! he was like WHAT WAY MAN then i was oh oh cuz nade dropped in front of him, then zioni tried to dodge the nade by going diagonal! i was like YESYES RUUUN but once he made his first few steps it was like, oh noeessss, BOEM...........then a small moment of silence came and i said to him, i knew that was gonna happen, the end.

I updated the score since it's -1 for -CODE-, but to answer your question if the tie-circumstances would stay:

Ks. has more nettopoints than -CODE- on the ranking (-3 for Ks. and -10 for -CODE-).
And Malydok is right, even with not the intension it's -1 Katana, the only exception is when you got shot by your opponent and due that your nade bounces against a wall and you suicide for example.

when there's no enemy attacking you and the enemie are trying to save time at that moment and you suicide yourself (by accident) it's -1, since you save time by it and disadvantage the opponent. ye, cb says deliberate. But it's hard to say when something is deliberate. like this you can have more objective view, still it's interpretation based.

im sorry but thats just retarded..so if lets say someone had the case and was 1 meter in front of the escape area and the other dude was really far away and the case guy kills himself on accident, not only would he loose a silly point but also get a -1? :| The -1 is there to punish the team that tries to cheat his way out, not because he makes a mistake.. Imo the normal rules are better where admins should watch the demo and make a decision, wether he gets shot or not shouldnt be an issiue
