Fitness tips?

20 years old
5'11 / 180cm
210 lbs / 95 kg
I've played football for a while, since I was a little kid. I used to walk and run everywhere.
I have a lot of leg strength, calves are rock solid. My legs are really thick, muscle thick.
No upper body strength, but a lot of back resistance, can squat about 450lbs and more.
I don't want to gain muscle, I want to have a slim body.
Any suggestions on burning calories?
No junk food etc etc, a lot of water?
Reps of push-ups, crunches, sit ups?
How many miles a day of a jog, how many stops?
Eating right, what's eating right to you?
P.S never used to smoke, but i smoked majority of last year.
No addiction, just a habit. Stopped smoking already for 2 weeks.
Any other info, that's helpful?

eat before and after training
eat the good fat cant explain in english
go work on that upperbody
i do monday chest triceps neck abs
tuesday back, biceps
wednesday i rest
thursday legs, underarms, abs
friday shoulders and neck again ( i wanna have a nice neck )
and if u dont wanna rest work out 5 times and you do your muscles twice a week i used to do that too but prfer a rest day
cant really talk about cardio schedule etc i dont do that im bulking

eat every 2 hour, dont drink do dont drug dont smoke(ok maybe once in 3 months or whatever)

Generally look for other stuff like this and just filter the info- some of it imo is more important some is taking it too far on unnecessary. There are some obvious stuff like eating a lot of vegetables, fruits, whole grains. After you work out eat some cottage cheese or drink milk, something with protein. Before you workout(like 30mins before) you can eat something small and without fat and protein so you don't get lagged during the work out. My favorite for that is a big glass of grapefruit juice - it is also said to protect your muscles from injury. But generally you should make that diet from mix of your preference and common sense- what can you buy cheap in your area(i won't eat cashew nuts regularly because they are too expensive for me so i substitute them with sunflower seeds and almonds or w/e). Try different stuff that does have similar nutritional value- so don't get bored with your food too fast. Also i always try to buy least processed food but it's more of a general tip. And like Steve Nash said, have alternatives for you natural snacks- like have oranges, bananas, nuts laying so you can pick what you feel like eating- also part about natural snack is important because candy bars are dangerous!- you think you eat smth that has mostly sugar (30-40%) but another (30-40%) is fat.
If you eat good it helps on variety of levels, keep you healthy(you get sick less), keeps your energy levels high you have energy to work out and it also makes you feel good mentally.
When I eat good I can practice like 5days per week and barely even feel fatigued it helps a lot

stop eat CHIPS (crips?), candy, pizza and unhealthy food, stop soda etc
stop drugs
fix DMAA, ephedrine or DNP dont know if its easy to get in New Jersey as it will be banned, ephedrine i heard u can get in gyms in USA (banned in europe) dont know how its in jersey

with normal diet program u will lose like 0.5 kg - 1kg per week
with dnp u lose 0.5 kg per day

Just eat enough fruit, veggies and fibers and you won't need multivitamin supplements :>

fix a training schedule, food schedule, ephedrine, fix also routines who u do daily
stop with candy, all junkfood and stuff u know is shit for ur health
95 kg with ur lenght is really really really bad
ephedrine u can buy in any gym in usa

Listen to this, don't stop listening till you heard it till the end.
It works like a charm for me, when I'm lazy and don't feel like working out I listen to this. And it never let me down (don't listen to it 35 times a day tough else it loses its power ) - there alot of these videos online, use them because they can make the difference.
You won't need these things anymore after a while because it will become a routine of your daily life. But in the beginning you will need motivational things, just remember every great athlete had to start from skratch, your not alone!
