You still suck. Btw lumi if you don't want clans to be too stacked come s3'5.

:D but srsly exe why you brought me into this lol

because you are exactly who snugg is talking about, you always have to argue and disagree with anything I say just for the fuck of it. Also, I have no idea who the hell you are so I have no idea why you hate me, but if you bothered to read "the wall" of text that took me ten minutes to write you'd know why it doesn't phaZe me

and snugg just described the majority of the people that post on this forum, it seems that people are incapable of not saying useless shit if they have nothing noteworthy to add

Sovjet was not lead by Neo the One. Sovjet was lead by Ninja along with his brother Valor. Neo the one was one of the members.

I'm impressed, that text exe wrote is actually a pretty damn good reflection of what it was like back then. Props. Not being too positive or negative about it all, just a true reflection of what was going on.

Considering Exe's text, I didn't focus on a tiny aspect. Exe spoke about how he was into Sun Tzu, about how he abused his lying and manipulating skills and how real life affects people's sof2 behavior (you have to be a tough guy to be a good leader). Please, tell me on how many aspects of his wall of text I didn't focus on.

But those of you who focus on a tiny aspect, 1/1000 of the whole context/story, and then start talking shit (I really cannot think of a generally better way of wording it), why do you say anything at all?

I don't focus on a tiny aspect, I just focus on what he says. Most of his text was about was about how good of a liar and manipulator Hokie was, so yes, I focused on that. If that was just a tiny aspect of Hokie's behavior than Exe is the one who focuses on just a tiny aspect.

So, isn't it more interesting not just for everyone on here, but also for yourself, if you either talk about something you actually know something about? Or else have the normal decency to either not say anything at all?

When you post stuff on a public forum people will reply on it, period. If you don't like being spoken against to, don't start about how people shouldn't reply, start a private conversation with the ones who you think that deserve to reply instead. Telling people to shut up because you don't like their replies :D , I bet you would be a good president of China.

I guess some people just don't believe leadership is required to play good like Sylt.
Nowadays once you mastered the skill it is indeed not needed for yourself, but back then when we were younger I agree on Exe and Snugg.
A good leader can make you good, a noob has to start somewhere.
Hokie made 3v. really good, just like Agertz is doing now with -s3'5-.
I was there so I know what I'm talking about.
These americans and Snugg became pretty good in a short time, so the effect was there.
But we became more of a trollcommunity now, so that's why they won't take you serious Exe/Snugg.

And like Shreek said, Sovjet. was led by Ninja indeed!

Yeah, Sovjet. was led by Ninja and "The One" also known as Valor & Stefan. God I miss those guys.

Sovjet lineup was: Ninja, The One, Vilzey, Zami, Fade, Unborn Child and such.

Also add "~Ark" in cG lineup, because I think he was a core player there.

You can also add: Ark, Fade aka Jani & Me on the |she| lineup.

Ty!

It was mostly only me, ark, razor and jani, well Zami when Ark weren't there. (They're brothers ;D). Drunken-Master was also sometimes, but he didn't really play that much anymore then.

Hajime No is the reason I'm still playing this game, the best times I've had in sof2! too bad it's the past! *cries*

Sylt it's not rocket science if you are in sk-3v crowd when you can easily get exped skilled players. A clan filled with guys like that can lead itself. It's harder When you start from the bottom, trying to make something out of nothing like Turqua with Se; it's harder. It takes some personal characteristics to make a clan like that work, that's why most of these clans live two weeks. You have to deal with incompetent noobs, try to recruit brainless aimers with 'potential' or young guys who gonna nolife, or guys who suck but are active and you have to balance everything out in game while the lineup changes every 3weeks because most players treat your clan as stop in their quest for joining 3v.

You probably haven't been in clan like that for some time so you don't remember.

imo it's why ros. won in cup vs cG(or w/e that azzy's clan name was)
better synergy, better leadership although talent level was lower in ros.
Ros. overachieved at times because it was lead so well IMO. These guys from that other clan blamed themselves and got angry during/after games so yeah, i guess it matters.

perhaps it has more to do syngery between players, but i think leadership also plays some part; at least initially

WTF LOL. It was r2v. and the only reason we lost those wars is because I recruited Kapu who on his turn recruited a bunch of Estonians resulting in me kicking a few of my members to make space for guys like Camper (no offense to kapu or camper, both great guys and great sof players) but the Estonians ended up screwing me over by leaving my clan even before the cup actually started, so I had to play with a pretty shitty lineup myself, of course ros. had all the chance to win, every decent member I used to have left during the cup LOL.

My point is, this had nothing to do with leadership/spirit, it had everything to do with not having enough skill in the lineup and people being unloyal.

LOL WUT? yes it is mainly sylt and me that obv support one point of view, and you and exe that support the opposite point of view
I don't feel like speaking for others or defending others, so yes, I reply in a way that it seems like I was the one being spoken to
I guess that when you can't win a discussion by arguments you'll have to bring in crap like this ;)
