1. He cant cooperate
2. He does things without asking others (might add/remove mods that others dont agree with)
3. In my personal view, he wasnt admin material in the first place. nor did some other admins agree on him becoming admin in here. Think he pretty much got in, because someone (think xillax) got bored of him bugging us. Me alone he bugged for weeks about being admin. Today we had a conversation and decided that he shouldnt be in the crew anymore.
4. To him being admin is status matter. For example he would tell in msn for some guy, that he will become admin.. and there is nothing you can do about it. Think this was said to Burb in pm.
Generally.. he pissed off all the admins with his unsocial behaviour. Smile on your face, and knife in your back.. is not the way you cooperate with people.
IF THIS TURNS INTO FLAME, THIS WILL BE CLOSED AND REMOVED, SO BE MATURE.

Edit // Ok after reading dena's post maybe he did somethings wrong but maybe you should just confront him with that and warn him or something?
or at least leave him a mod.
I mean considering how much he has done, to not leave that not-noticed.

-Started few cups, and left in middle of them?
-Fucked up the old demobase forums?
-Joined Akurates cup and turned it into flamewar, aswell as removing the original owner?
-Pissed off several of the "old" admins?
Dunno, if any of these are real merits. Not saying.. he has worked hard on certain things, but sadly.. pretty much everything he has done, has gone wrong.

Since the release of Soldier Of Fortune II in May, 2002. There hasn't been an anti-cheat available for version 1.00. This caused players to whine and ban people during clan wars for hacks. Reason most likely to be banned for is "2know", whatever the fuck that means. In early 2009, rumors started appearing around the SOF2 1.00 community that somebody was developing an anti-cheat. Everyone thought this was a great idea, seeing as the game had been out since the 17th century and nobody gave a fuck about it. All of the 16 players left on SOF2 1.00 cheered and supported the Hitler like figure who was developing this anti-cheat. When the anti-cheat was finally released, it was the biggest fucking failure in the history of video gaming. It was so humiliating that Michael Jackson died a few weeks later. The name of this anti-cheat was called "Mousetrap". It had been coded by some four eyed geek virgin who couldn't even code a fucking keygen.

What might it be that he has done to this community?
-Started few cups, and left in middle of them?
-Fucked up the old demobase forums?
-Joined Akurates cup and turned it into flamewar, aswell as removing the original owner?
-Pissed off several of the "old" admins?

and i even more love u for that one!

well that doesn't sound so democraticthere should be no poll, admins decide who is admin and not members
i know most of the people in db want lumi to stay admin so if only the admins can choose if lumi can stay admin or not, then i consider it as not so democratic at all
