cheats enabled through rcon has been added as minor cheats

busted in war/public or mix
major hax (wh,ab, follow id*) - 6months ban from all demobase supported cups
minor hax (mod**, 3rd ,nearcrull, lightmap,rcon cheats*** such as noclip and godmode) - 3months ban from all demobase supported cups
busted in a cupwar
major hax (wh,ab, follow id) - 12months ban from all demobase supported cups
minor hax (mod, 3rd, nearcrull, lightmap, rcon cheats such as noclip and godmode) - 6months ban from all demobase supported cups
* person who types in follow command will be banned not his teammates
** mods are NOT allowed in wars, they are okay to use in public and mixwars(Unless server admins CLEARLY state otherwise)
*** does not apply to public games
some more changes may be introduced soon.
I've noticed that people are not really paying attention and keep on posting in Dutch, Estonian, Polish& other languages in general section of this forum. It's a allowed to make a post that contains personal remark in your home language but the English content of the post should be relevant not an excuse to post your crap in Dutch or w/e. Me and some other admins are pretty tired of this and we will be more strict about it now.

2nd. more strict? i got banned for it now 3 times? when people talking to me in dutch not even warning lol.

1. I believe dutch was just one example of the languages which are being spoken here. Not that it's the only one which is annoying and so on.
2. Not every post is being seen by admin. And as you said , they don't warn always everyone but from now on admins will be more strict about the rule and warn more. Atleast that was the way I understood that.
