thats strange because a ict company has done everything for me.
and if i do dxdiag its says that i have a dx 10.

And i these cd`s are included in the box :

- VGA driver
- Graphic card multi language
- Msi Driver utilities vista
- Msi driver utilities XP

hm i dont think you have installed the drivers succesfully.

cause this error should be fixed when u install ur graphic card's drivers.
