I explained above already Juul.
The opponent can still deny Abu.
I don't see a big problem at all, because even if other players are duplicating this action too (saying they got a Fairplay-error as well), the opponent just says 'no' and bam.. he doesn't play.
It can happen to the best of us that something like this happends, no matter if it's Dio, Blue or whoever.

i dont see any problems allowing dio to play in cups aswell, aslong as the opponent agrees on it. why do we bann people? why do we got rules? you don't see the big picture. you dont see the consequences of your actions. this is a litle example of what will happen in the future, people will abuse this matter.

in that way we could do it by everyone if u get my point also. like, if people would like to play vs lumi :o it is easy to tell like, no , we don't play vs them etc. no cups that way.

To be honest, I'd be fine playing against people who have fp errors because it just sucks if they can't play and takes longer to setup. But that's just me. Worst come to worst you can just have his demo. If it makes you feel better I can get his demo from skype and post it for him after every match he plays. But meh, I think what lumi said is fine. If the other clan says no, then fine. But if we can't get 5 without abu because not many people are on our roster and not as active as abu, then that becomes a problem. I guess it's really up to the other team's perspective. Most people like playing wars because it's sportsmanlike than taking a forfeit win because that's just downright lame.

It comes down to the maturity of the opposing team. If abu gets 20 kills, which he often does, and the opposing team loses the war, they'll flame and say "omfgbshax!!"

You know you're comparing RL to DB, in a really retarded way.

Just because Abu's a good guy doesn't mean he can get privileges over other people in cups, like playing WITHOUT FP.

And this isn't just about Dio. It's about basically everyone else that would not get this chance


The point of tournaments like the nations cup is competition. And to be more specific, FAIR competition. Guys like Dio(anyone who is caught hacking and put on banlist) have forfeited their right to participate in fair competitions because they used an UNFAIR advantage competitively (hacking in a clan match competition).

On the other hand, a guy like Abu has shown that he is fair and courteous when it matters (he always played with fp when he was able, I don't think he ever got an "unsent demo").

And to your comment that it isn't about Dio, that it's about everyone else; I'm sure that if somebody else who is not on the banlist requested the same exemption due to legitimate circumstances they would also be granted by the admins the same oppourtunity (which is dependant upon the opponent's discretion) to play.

Stop saying that we wouldn't allow Blue because we don't like him, tired of this now.

2) Like I said the opponent decides.
If you all disagree just say 'no' once you are gathering together with Team North America in a server, how hard is it?
