I'm not very experienced in this kinda stuff, but it seems to me you have a wrong .cfg file? Try removing the file and start sof again after it... (it might just work?

No, rename it to sof2mp
now its called sof2MP-TEST right?
also download fairplay, www.fairplay.ac and put it in your sof folder

Your working directory is wrong, try creating a shortcut to the desktop and appending the right working directory in the properties (or setting fs_basepath and fs_homepath). You could also try moving your folder to your Documents and/or disabling UAC.

i have moved the file to the different directory, but the problem is still there..
