It's cheating. Fucking lamers use it only. Same like lamers use cheats, e.q. wallhack.
You set commands to right values to gain advantage, patiojump.
You set commands to right values to gain advantage, wallhack.
What do these 2 things mentioned above have in common? Correct, both are cheats. Now, just wonder why this fps command has restricted from SoF2 Gold version also.
Now for those who come here to whine about glitches, etc. and about some other BS. Don't you realizie that glitches don't have anything in common with gaining advantages by changing the game mechanics manually? (Configurating your cfg)
So you can leave that out of the fuss, thanks. Go ahead, argue, make this place a bit better to live.
And use IRC also, thanks.

Since the release of Soldier Of Fortune II in May, 2002. There hasn't been an anti-cheat available for version 1.00. This caused players to whine and ban people during clan wars for hacks. Reason most likely to be banned for is "2know", whatever the fuck that means. In early 2009, rumors started appearing around the SOF2 1.00 community that somebody was developing an anti-cheat. Everyone thought this was a great idea, seeing as the game had been out since the 17th century and nobody gave a fuck about it. All of the 16 players left on SOF2 1.00 cheered and supported the Hitler like figure who was developing this anti-cheat. When the anti-cheat was finally released, it was the biggest fucking failure in the history of video gaming. It was so humiliating that Michael Jackson died a few weeks later. The name of this anti-cheat was called "Mousetrap". It had been coded by some four eyed geek virgin who couldn't even code a fucking keygen.

Even when I use fairplay my fps is still around 300 & I can still easily do it.
Lmao it's not a cheat, why you even compare it to wallhack.
Big diffs between both.

Some certain persons (= read 3v. Hokie) seems to have understanding problems on a simple rule.
No cheating. And by cheating, I want to point out a Patiojump.
Not to mention that these rules haven't been introduced for a very wide publicity lately, they still have been available e.q. in the earlier DB.
This kind of little things are known by main clans that playing here (c4, sk, she, 3v. etc.).
So why did I come here to whine/tell about this?
Yesterday we had a war against 3v. with .rl. The game was tight from the early start, but after this lost round (thanks to Patiojump) our(rl.) teamwork kinda collapsed (think loosing of 2vs1 situation) and as there were a lot of tension in the war, these little things do really ruin the spirit of a war and also effects the performance of certainly styled players.
You might think that I'm a bitching-whiner-biltema bad loser or w/e, but that's not how it actually is.
I give 110% in each war and if these things effect my clan's/team's performance, I find it kind of responsibility to give it to the public. And if the opponent doesn't give apologize in the direct discussion ingame or after the war, I really roll on the wheels then.

People shouldn't do it in wars like he had in that war yesterday.
You can put a lot of advantage out of it than.
I wouldn't start blaming people who do it in public.
Just in wars it shouldn't be allowed.
