no I'm not a singer lol, I'm doing this for years already who are you to tell me to stop lmfaolol stop making music already turqua
especially if u are goin to sing
I used it in the past, didn't work out that well ;<Audacity is the best, for free
lol thanks for the advice, ye i had rendered some stuff in fruity loops in the past it didn't sound that great idd, with fruity loops, sure it will be easy to do a beat. So if you want just test it on a beat it's ok. But the sounds in fruity loops aren't very good.

but I remember times when I recorded the songs with an old mobile phone because I couldn't afford a mic lol
and tbh, it sounded kinda nice even though the quality was bad [Krimii do you remember that freestyle? hahahaaaaaaaaa]
I know where to get the software, thanks though
@kevvo: nice sig
I'll try Reader & CEP thnx guys

I would suggest Cubase although it takes some time to fully understand its functions. So if you aren't looking for something wich is already professional i suggest you to use Adobe audition/Cool Edit pro. I dont know what kinda music you're going to create with youre vocals but i think you want to make rap songs like 1000000 others here in holland. they almost all use adobe audition.
in 30 minuits you understand the program and you can work on youre shit
*if you want to have things simple, magic music maker is your program. tho its for shit peeps only so i dont recommed it
producing programs arent recommed for recording e like fl, reason, logic etc

Recording/editing software:
- Adobe Audition (best program imo, has many options to post edit your vocals before arranging them)
- Cool Edit Pro (its okay, is almost as good as Audition, but doesnt deliver all functions you might otherwise have)
- Audacity (never worked with this, so dont have much to say about it..)
Editing/arrangement programs:
- Fruity Loops (if you want to edit/arrange your vocals easy, without to much work, FL has it)
- Reason 4.0 (has crap VST support, so if you dont know much about oscillators/envelopes/filters, you might not want to use it)
- Cubase (best program in the list, has it all, from good VST support to excellent own synthesizers you can hook up)
- Logic Pro (only available for mac's, so if you have a mac, this is the program to get)
- Ableton Live (very flexible program. Works, is easy, and much used).
I suggest you use Audition to record, and then either FL (if you're not so good in music making) or Cubase (if you are good) to process further

its basicly like cubase but only the sound already is like 100 times better.. vst support isnt even neccacery because the sounds in it is good enough
you have alien like compress functions and stuff its really 1337 also for electronic music
just saying because you almost named every program except for the best
