if the clans accept both referees then they can, if they dont want them (nothing personal) then they should get some other referee to be there, i think its fair, or just refs must be from other countries

I don't see that as a problem that the referee is in same country as the player(s) from other team.
Since even though they weren't RL friends or same country or smth , the referee could go and tell on TS or smth to the other team where the opposite team's players are.
