Well I tried to follow FAQ topic's advices but since yesterday eve I can't get fairplay to work, as the text I'm supposed to delete is not in the mentioned files.
I checked my error txt in sof folder & it seems to repeat there's something wrong with the sockets, any suggestion?

Kays and I have the same problem on 2 different computers but we use same internet at home. Fairplay must be able to connect to www.caserun.com to work if I'am right , we're not even able to go on it with our internet browser , it acts like site is offline but we know it's not cause many people are using fairplay at the moment we are trying to connect.
I tried to check F.A.Q. and I've read a lot of topics to find a solution. Checked "C:/Windows/System 32/etc/Hosts" but caserun is not in it. All my settings are exactly the same (internet/firewall) so I don't know why it's not working as it always worked before this week. I've got no viruses or malware and I'm not using a proxy.
We didn't change anything in computer's config since our problem happened and the weird thing is, sometimes it works and we're able to go on www.caserun.com but mostly at night.
Here is all you might need to find out what is going wrong:

Well it's obvious that is has something to do with your connecting but I would not know what. Kays also told me that this happens randomly, not 24/7. Sometimes he is able to connect to FP and sometimes he isn't.

Ok I had a talk with my ISP and he told me that they are not blocking this site (caserun) so I'm back at the start , they also told me to contact caserun admin to find out what's wrong with us but I don't know how I can contact him...if some1 got an idea

Talk to Shift or Xillax. Just look them up in the administrator member group. They'll probably see this topic before you do that though lol

i got this too few month ago and the next day with a new ip, problem solved
so like said shifty maybe a spam list who block your ip, if you have dynamic just wait or RS your modem
( i have the 2 last ip numbers dynamic)

NEVA HAD ANY PROBLEMS BEFORE but from few days back i got the same problem say "cant/failed connect to fairplay server" i had a proxy programme but i took it all out and tried it the next day & it worked ( for once) BUT after that it doesnt work anymore.
tried to do ping www.caserun.com & tracert caserun.com pics below..
