no it was due to the fact some rules were confusing some not specific enough that's why xillax upgraded them- I guess r-z ros. game was his inspiration-

If there is a clan involved with the new rules its c4. because they wanted speedi in the line up i guess If there aint a clan involved with the rule changes its wierd because then who proposed the rules without thinking for their benefit.. ?

besides, i dont think speedi adds anything to our main and core team atm so I dont see how we d benefit

Yeah c4 wanted to add their new 1337 member (aka Me). Since demobase is so corrupt, I figured they'd bend the rules for me and doc. I just love how we can get away with stuff. Muahahahaha

If you change a rule it's mostly that someone benefits from it. The rule change is therefor made not only for the current cup but also for upcoming. Maybe we are 'lucky' with it, but other clans can also add players?

(THIS WOULD MEAN CLANS COULD ADD 3 NEW PLAYERS AS LONG AS THEY DIDN'T PLAY ANY WARS WITH ANY OTHER CLAN IN THE CUP SO FAR)

I'm confused now, but why only c4. got benefits? As Xillax says, every clan can make use of it. Not every player is in use in this cup atm, so I might have missed a detail or?

I changed the rules because of the RZ vs ros match where RZ subbed(thinking it was allowed) and RZ also knew ros had 1 without fp and didn't say anything(trying to win by forfeit).

As I was re-writing the rules, I decided to change some and add a couple new ones. I also editted many rules to make both clans/teams responsible for things, such as server settings and checking fp lists.

I also wrote that if you notice a player doesn't have fp, you must tell the other clan (also related to ros vs rz)
"Everyone must use Fairplay Anticheat. It is the responsibility of both clans to check this and notify each other if there are any problems."

The 3 player rule is taken from clanbase.

The people have voted, 26-19 in favour of using the new rules.

Considering some of you seem to think it was only for c4 & ros, then it should be a 7-1 majority ratio of no votes (7 no to every 1 yes), therefore even non c4 & ros members voted Yes and as such there should be no reason for anyone to complain about the new rules being used.
