dude that isn't a bullet shot, watch the bullet shots in the bunker that isn't the same as the shiney dot(3rdcross)
even on the banches where you shooting you see ak shots and that is not the same like the 3rdcross.

A thirdpersondot is never in the middle of the screen, that's a fail actually.. you saying it is.
It could be gunfire, it has the same colour, but it looks rather odd, for me it's a thirdpersoncrosshair, but I don't think this would be enough proof.
Other then that, people can draw a dot on their screens and it would be FP proof, it's very lame.. but it's possible.
