i hate how much u spam on db.better computer.
Try to turn off all programs you don't need and so on. Lowest graphics.
fp cup l ~ experience. fp cup ll ~ rules the show. fp cup lll ~ come get owned. s4a ctf cup ~ imperial. elite cup v1.00 ll ~ experience.

You can try execing this CFG , helped me with my low FPS.

yea. Then you need to vid_restart I guess. Not sure if there's some commands which you can't use with FP though.. Since it was made like 2-3 years ago.i ll try it..just exec it right?

u should try fleim his cfg that will probey lower your lag.. look for it on sof2-stop.net
