Animefreak has 20 dubbed episodes I think.. haven't checked other websites.

Dubbed > subbed when talking about Dragon Ball obviously.
Although the Japanese opening is way better and less fake.

About to watch the first episode.. already 2 comments;

Hope it's not always Megaupload [can only watch so long in so much time].
Streaming is taking ages.
