In the meanwhile we've discussed who from the staff should become leader of Focus Clan, and it seems the others didn't really want to be leaders, so I guess it's up to me then I know I might not be the best leader ever or w/e but heck, i'm giving it a fair try right?

So, as you might have noticed, there's not many real pro's in the clan yet like defqon allready stated. So come on guys, If ya wanna make a successfull clan you actually need people with a bit of skills bother to join it.

So you can all go like, no it's a noobclan, and ignore it never making it any better and probably making it die.
Or you can be like, lol, it's a noobclan, imma join it and make it better so that others of better skills will see proper people in it and don't think it's a noobclan so they wanna join too.

the rookies are either people joining for fun or people who want to prove there good enough for the war team. the rookies will be given a chance to prove themselves in a war or so, if they wish... then if they are good enough, they will be put into the main war team, where they will war more often.

so u have a clan and rookies.. whats the difference between the clan and rookies? To me, if ur going to tie down rookies to a nonwarring environment, thats dumb. (especially if they want to war.) Ur roster is way to big.. If ur going to be tying down rookies to a clan that doesnt really do anything.. Whats the main goal for the rookies is my main question.. Whats the point joining rookies?.. Not trying to be a dick or anything. I just don't see the use of "rookies.."

"Rookies" will probably not aim to win or participate in cups for winnings etc.
As Nos and LMO said, it's pretty much a clan that plays for fun.

The main clan does too, but it will always play for victory.

Exactly what joey said.
People in the rookies can grow to become full members if they prove their worthyness by kicking some ass.
It's a bit like being in a trial period only we split that up into a seperate division.
