let me explain better
15 for each clan in minimun to sort an active clan
It will be 2 clans
A war clan (main one) skilled players to play official clan wars
A fun clan less skilled players to do some mixes and other things
*theres too much non skilled players that wants to get on clan so i had to split it and make everyones happy
