It's not cool to Wallhack and Aimbot and whats so ever, and it should also not be done. But the fact remains that when you play someone in a war or scrim or cup etc, than you always check if he's FP (and you should only play if everyone is FP, with maybe sometimes an exception made), and as long as FP is being used you can assume he's clean unless he's been caught for hacking FP.
So IMO, no ban, whether is was a joke or not.

Bah exept fugitive and him 2 hackers nobody got this, i asked much peoples all said i didnt knew this type of hack etc.. Its not a bug its just a hack and no i dont want to bust him cuz i never thinked he wh he just played with sounds, but when i see that i'm sure he hack. Idc if hes busted or no if all say no when i see that for me he hack and its not a bug.

what?!I disagree with the "SoF2 Cheater Rules" since in there should be a difference between cheating WITH and WITHOUT FairPlay!
cheating is cheating.
fairplay is just a tool to prevent cheating
