he still goes to court and will be judged assaulting police in finland that isnt small thing. we fight often drunken so penalties of fighting are very high.

Actually this man could still sue the police for violence since they first attacked him when he only asked for civil rights.

officers have the right to detain citizens if they feel they are a danger, they told him to put his hands behind his back and he refused, when the officer went to turn him around he resisted which is illegal
once somebody refuses arrest protocol is to detain them with "reasonable force" - using pepper spray/battons is considered reasonable to subdue their suspect

however this guy didn't have licence to sell products on market therefore was breaking law. policemen still shouldve explained the situation to him imo instead of just using spray on him..
helsinki's police is more brutal than average finnish police
same police u can find in holland als0 lol

LOOL Policemen aren't stupid enough to go in with 1 guy to just see how tough you are they are cautious for reasons dumbass. And when your this guy who is huge and mad so his adrenaline is high its not stupid at all. Even a small guy can put up a fight if he is mad enough or on drugs.
