nah actually he was released pretty fast, if i remember correctly then he was free the next day
ok then his lawyer realy came THERE.

Actually this man could still sue the police for violence since they first attacked him when he only asked for civil rights.

it all depends on where you live though.uhh no
officers have the right to detain citizens if they feel they are a danger, they told him to put his hands behind his back and he refused, when the officer went to turn him around he resisted which is illegal
once somebody refuses arrest protocol is to detain them with "reasonable force" - using pepper spray/battons is considered reasonable to subdue their suspect

it all depends on where you live though.
however this guy didn't have licence to sell products on market therefore was breaking law. policemen still shouldve explained the situation to him imo instead of just using spray on him..
same police u can find in holland als0 lol
