Is this a good choice its only for sof and internet. Don't wanna spend to much money on a computer so got other suggestions? Or is this a good deal?

AMD bought ATI and decided not to use ATI nemore so AMD is correct

however this is mainly used on new cards and not as much on old cards ofc they couldnt just get rid of all pre made ATI products but the newer stuff is now that ATI is called AMD

That graphics card can handle sof2 with stable 125fps so it's good enough for his purposes but I'm not so sure about the CPU. Also the PSU is most likely the cheapest crap they have that worries me the most.

Is Windows 7 included to that price? Are your ordering from PC Wereld?

Yeah you should consider some points.

• Out of recent experience I can only say (that what angelito in dutch) go for components and build your computer yourself. You can also make the site where you bought the components from assemble it for you.
• Check various forums like devaz said. Maybe some people with knowlegde can help you here if you are lucky.
• Since your price is very low, the best performance you get get is by buying used components like devaz said, but that's not really something I would do.
• Consider your computer like an investment, buy for cheap and renew sooner or buy for a little bit more but renew less fast.
• When buying components you really have to be sure that the components are compatible with each other.
