You can't give ppl unsets when they are not registrated on db.
You can't do shit simple because hes no part of this commuty, so he doenst have to follow the rules.
When he comes here (and registrate) then he should follow the ''rulles'' and get punished when hes not following them.

Look at the sub-forum for sent records and you will see Blue has sent a fuck lot of requested demos nor is there any fp_status screen of him not recording in the middle of the match.
I can't be arsed to get into a serious debate with you as your brain capacity seems to be too small to comprehend 99% of the stuff I'm saying.
Anyway try to understand simple formula:
Playing without fairplay yet sending records and not getting busted =/= not sending records and not recording at all.
The only "unsents" that he's got are for editing an ip screenshot to troll around (a concept that you as an ex star elite or wannabe star elite member should understand).
