Cant load fairplay.

Well, for like 5 days now my fairplay isnt working properly and most of the times wont load.
This what is says in the error notepad:
System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 109.169.73.68:20101
at System.Net.Sockets.TcpClient.Connect(String hostname, Int32 port)
at .()

How I fix this?
