I started playing on my laptop, cause it has a working fairplay and a steady 125 fps. I can't crouch properly but that isn't the issue.
1024x768 is the only resolution that keeps the screen in the center. But there are still black borders around my screen although r_fullscreen 1 is enabled.
Butcher said there's something like customheight...? Can someone help me out, please?

new cfg and switch full and half screen . *just to make sure not with a bind but with esc options..
+ there is something about costum size yea but I thougt cfg fixed that.

why do u even reply when u have absolutely no clue whats the problemnew cfg and switch full and half screen . *just to make sure not with a bind but with esc options.
ot: u need to enable full screen scaling from ur graphic card's control panel

ASsuming you have an nvidia graphic driver
Go into nvidia control panel
under Display settings, you select Scaling mode "Full screen", cuz it's set to "No scaling" as standard
prntscreen of my control panel:
Then it shouldn't matter what resolution you play with. I play 640x480 for example, mostly for the fps boost

If it is set to 0, the game will use the highest possible by your monitor in almost all cases. Setting it manually guarantees this I guess.

Here is the scaling feature from AMD vision control center in English. It may be the same for your catalyst control center. I searched 'scale'.
