The nickname RipeR` is not listed in Kapu's GUIDlist though (http://www.fairplay....kup/guid/AAP3D/), which means you could have edited the IP-Address in the screenshot to Kapu's IP-Address (just saying it's possible, not saying you did).
I hope Doctorfunk or other admins/moderators will respond with their opinions here too.

Riper could have edited the screenshot?
It's very unlikely someone will do this because it's a big backstab but just saying it's possible.
Maybe Riper got a fight with Kapu, we both don't know.
I'm not defending Kapu but just saying if this would be faking then we should watch out because you can edit screenshots.
If the name would be listed in his GUIDlist it would be a more solid proof.

since estonias range in IPs is pretty small, it could have been pretty much anyone tbh. ive had my ip randomly change and at one point im banned on 3 different servers, where as i never ever played in those servers. if he has a changing ip, depends on the ISP

oh and if u look at the IPs, they change so it mighta been someone else and kapu was unlucky enough to get the ip at 1 point. im not saying that is how it was but i just see no point in kapu faking u lukas :S

Riper,

It is just your config file. For some reason your config is on a site where you can download alot of sof2 configs from full players and demo players. Don't know if i am allowed to put the adress here. But you can google it if you want. I also downloaded some configs from that site and tested them. In 1 config I tested I also forgot to change the name so now that name is also in my aliases (-> c4. Camiel).

First off all Lumi, how do you edit a picture? So it does have the same background and text and so on?

I don't care if he gets ban or not, I just want this kid to stop using my name and obviously hating with it.

Anyway I'm not denying it wasn't Kapu, just saying Riper was not on his GUIDlist.
