I just did an online trade
Wich I do daily, srsly, black markets are part of my life, lol

Anyway, someone threw in a limited paypal account
its useless to me

has 21USd on it

10 USD its yours

Change adress on it, add it to mastercard or w/e
and you can withdraw the 21USD.

To explain:
If an PayPal account is limited, you can only use it if the person that uses it; lives in the same country as the PayPal account is registered to. Country's cannot be editted/changed.
Therefor this account to me is useless; because I live in the Netherlands and my bank is also.

A Canadian, can just edit the adress, bank, w/e. With no problems. Transfer the 21USD, done.

This is already to much typing for a mere 10dollars so fuck it, PM me if you want free 10 bucks.

In some countrys, if you register @ PayPal you can't change certain things once you've registered, in this case it's the country this account is registered to; Canada. So, for me to withdraw the 21 dollars is impossible because my bank is in Hollandia. Now we can't argue about how gay PayPal is because we all agree. But its fairly easy; someone from Canada has to log in and transfer the 21USD either to me, or to another PayPal account. I guess the safest thing to do here, is transfer to me. Since im super-mature and can pay people world-wide super-easy. w00t? What has been typed here, forget it. My super-weed has confused me.

set up a canadian identity urself then? encrypted ofc

Resolve limitation > Confirm location > Edit adress (must be canadian because LOCATION CANADA cannot be removed) > add mastercard > limiation solved > transfer 10USD to me. DONE!!
