same problem here, fps is around 110-125 (max fps set on 125) and sometimes it drops till 30-40-50, mostly whhen nade's are throwed. it's so annoying i did the things that luigiz said and it didnt work tho.

that's because your cpu / gfx card or both are bad, u can try to lower ur gfx as low as possible in settings, also screen resolution but that kinda sux to play with.. no other option then to upgrade ur pc

Try this config: http://sof2-stop.net...WEST GX-246.cfg
This config has the lowest settings possible on this game so if your still lagging with this config then you should try to buy some new parts for your pc or try to format your pc because old pcs tend to have shitloads of junk installed not to speak of viruses and shit which cause lag.
You can also check Jesa's topic demobase PC if you want to buy a cheap PC that can run sof2 with 125 fps
