Guys. Remember the elite top players don't recruit noobs like Acer and Flair, which is why this demo remains so "inactive" according to themselves.

What is there to learn Acer?
How you guys report and deal with situations, How you guys walk, when you guys move, on wat spot you guys aim etc..
Dont know if there is one word for it, maybe kinda basic stuff..? But still next to the aim skilz of you guys you are also playing different then for example 'less skilled' clans and teams.
I notice things like that in mixes / wars against you guys, but I think I shall improve playing with higher skilled players.

They walk when they don't want to make footstep noises to avoid being detected. They move when they need to to avoid nades and when they shoot to avoid bullets. They aim usually at the enemy's torso area, but they say they aim for the head. Aiming for the head is usually better.
The one word you're looking for is fundamentals. You know where you learn that? By playing mixes, public, and pcw's. You should have these down by now, but I guess you can't learn basics without a pro teaching you. Basics are taught by yourself, buddy, not by a coach. You probably won't improve just jumping into higher skilled clans because they'll probably be annoyed by your lack of knowledge and kick you. Hence, you need to learn your basics by playing the game a little bit from time to time.
IMO your problem is not that you are not in a "pro clan/team". The problem is you always join inactive clans and never play mixes or wars. A good way to get better at the game is to TRY to get better. Maybe then you can learn something.
You remind me of those kinds of people like Flair or Alper. The ones who play the game because it's fun for them, but never want to be competitive. They fuck around in mixwars and pcw's because they like to laugh. If you want to laugh, you should join a laid back team like aMeX or something else. If you want to be better, win, and be competitive, you have to TRY to be good.
