there's no obvious #1 player in sof2 and there never has been
drunkenmaster nr1!!! the things he did on sof. i never saw somebody else doing it.. nowdayz ye u have camham.. wich looks more like a cheater to me if u ask me.. so no there aint no nr1 now..
the times krans played.. he won all the 1o1's .. played very well on wars.. trained allot of peeps.. makin them pro.. and he wuz a pwner on gold also.. shame that he started on drugs.. and left the gamin comunity..

I can not judge these players as ive only played both of them like 2 times lol, but it's hard for me to believe that either of these players would excell in or against a team full of skokos/zionis/camiels (todays top). Especially because of the 'new' jumps/movement/overall gamestyle I think they would not prove to be better players than the ones I mentioned WHICH imo doesnt make them nr 1s
also back in these days there was no anticheat (not saying they cheated but the possibility is significantly bigger than it is today).
last but not least im pretty convinced that none of the top tier players on demo are cheaters (or atleast not in the last couple of years)

I have to agree to Steven tbh, I also played him a few times. And as far as I can remember I was not that impressed.
Plus, nowadays every player actually knows how to play. They know how to aim, how to nade and how the wars in shop works. Which means it is a lot harder to play against.
Back in the past, like 6 or more years ago, there were a lot of noobs, who had no clue how to play. Including me tbh hehe..

There are no players who significally stand out somehow, sure there are people who play certain positions and situations better than everyone else but in the end it comes to which players work together good as a team. Id say that some years ago, like 4-5 lumi might have been slightly ahead of many players but everyone quickly caught up and thats just my personal opinion that many will prob not agree with

lol ibo.. drunkenmaster wasn't that crazy, infact I'm not even sure if he was a clean player, I agree with fatherchristmas, he could easily be on demo's top even today, but don't forget this shit is 7-8 years ago. If anyone was crazy that time, my vote goes to Zippa, I remember people complaining about him shooting throught walls (glitching) because people had no clue how that worked on demo etc.
He was already a very clever and good player before people hardly knew how to stop moving like noobs.It's really hard to pick a #1, because a lot of people think of themselves being around that spot, so do I.
But there's always someone beating you at something. We ain't got a Messi on sof and there never was.

There is no absolute best. i can name you a couple of best though in different situations..
So are Camham and zioni the best in winning impossible situations in the most important matches.
I also think skoko and are the best teamplayers i ever saw and steven is the smartest.
You could say i name alot of c4 here but they're simply the best and you dont have to be in their team to notice.
