Thanks to the new anticheat made by 1fx , we can finally use mods again which is great !

Here are some models I still have that are ported by me or Diogo. Lot's of credits to Diogo who taught me how to do it !

ONLY WORKS WITH 1fx ANTICHEAT OR WITHOUT ANY ANTICHEAT - FAIRPLAY DOES NOT WORK

Place the weapon's .pk3 file in /base/ or /mp/
The package includes the model, shader, sounds, textures and renders.


The models, neither the sounds are created by us - We only port these to SoF2 which can be a nasty process.
Credits go to the creators of the models - textures - sounds.

I do different models because peoples tastes are different. More knifes will come and more weapons will come.

The duck was just for fun and the ACB90 was a test to see how it looks ingame, just like the G53.

And Foxdie, saying that it's pointless... Counter Strike Source still lives because of the weapons they make for it. SoF2 is dieing but things like this can bring people back as they were sick of always seeing the same.

Doing that for years really sucks, so having something new now and then gives back the joy you have / had in a game.

agree with kennith, it's not bad to have more options
the only downside is that [at least in demo] it's not possible to directly auto-download it from the server, people who don't know about this community can't use the models so it will not help the activity in full potential

shame, it would be cool if you could customize some details about your look, sof2 lame game

Seems like you're the idiot...

You can remove the pk3 so everything is back to standard, it's just a skin/model to make SoF2 look better and makes it feel better.
There are options to change the limit of sof2 weapons to 128 so you can get more kinds of weapons but thats code side.

You can also customize the weapon as you like, retexture it, write your name on it etc...

You can also add ACOG/Reflex sights/Aimpoint etc but you can't use it unless it's codesided.


We once made a christmas mod for SoF2 which had falling snow, ambient music, snowballs, etc .. this made the game more connected

it's only pk3 skin files, not a mod... so by placing pk3 in mp folder it will show that custom skin and you can go back to default skins by deleting that pk3.

not sure what doc meant by "mod"
