Hi all.
As some of you might know, Xzi is banned from the forums for acting in a totally unacceptable way (he posted a post in the hokie topic which I won't even repeat here). Now that could have been let go as him just not being... ehh... unthoughtful, but there's really no excuse for him re-posting the same post he made after I deleted it. I mean come on, he saw his post got deleted and what did he do? Did he think "ah well I suppose I shouldn't post that again because obviously that could get me banned"? No, he just reposted it.
Why am I telling all this? Well I'm sure most of you can guess right now, but here you can see the IRC "conversation" from a while ago in #sof2test @ QuakeNet (hmm is this advertising?):

Well anyway, now I could say a few words about this cup: It's awesome. It's been going really well from what I've been observing. Xzi had his stuff planned out really well from the beginning and quite obviously the whole thing was planned out till the end. Can I say anything negative about this cup? No, I can't. All I can do is thank and praise brokenywokeny for his hard work.
Sure, him being banned of course makes his work running the cup a shitload more difficult. But as I said, he was even given a second chance and he blew it. Who the fuck is to blame if not the man himself? And now he's like "ah well since I got banned I suppose the cup is dead... blame the admins for me being banned... *WINK WINK WINK WINK*". That's the dictionary definition of lame in my opinion.
I myself would be ready to unban him maybe after a week or so since despite his post being the ultimate incarnation of disrespect, stupidness and insensitiviness, he's a nice guy that made a damn nice cup for a change. Though his reaction to this whole situation makes me wonder about some things.
I suppose the point of this whole thing could be that if anyone wants to talk sense to him that'd be great since I wouldn't want to see this cup dying like this. He could act through a temporary, ehh, medium to run the cup in the forum or something, no? Anyway it's not really my problem if the cup dies now... sometimes it's nice to look into the mirror and see who's really to blame.
If anyone reads this whole thing through I'll donate 20 euros to the save demobase.eu fund. (EDIT: Just a one time offer and Xillax used it already)

that he has organised a good cup doesn't change the fact that he's a complete moron who acts like a mongol with a big mouth. just let someone else lead the cup while keeping him banned as long as possible, demobase is better off without his stupid comments which mostly lead to flaming all the time.

He knew what he was doing, and I respect bans like this. But why we banned ppl with this kinda posts from Hokie's thread only, we should ban all ppl who doesn't respect the rules & other ppl.

maybe it is smarter to ban him after this cup is done, so we can finish this cup and also because many people go on vacation in a few days/weeks

If he never liked hokie and wasn't planning on doing so then why do so after his death? The fact he still posts to him like an ass just tells us about him but this is still a forum with commenting options to each and every topic. Yes it was deleted, was he warned? And banning one on reason of unsensetiveness isnt a reason, I dont think it says that in the guide lines.
It might seem that I'm taking it for him, but I'm saying this for the sake of the cup because if broken has not made a serious mistake then there is no reason for this cup to die.
