Ok well now, i've been gone about whole day yesterday n got home n heard poland had a ff against them or something.
I went to talk with prsk n told him I would not give be the ff, whatever priest said earlier that day.
Then he told me that pol should get the ff n showed me some screenshots n stuff with bel not having 5. At this time I told him I wouldn't be giving any forfeits/noshows in the semi's. (I also told him this right at the start when I still thought Belgium had a ''forfeit''.)
I told prsk he could re-arrange it with priest in the upcoming week and i'd be keeping an eye on them.

Now people, I won't call any names, seem to be twisting facts and are saying it's all friendspolitics this, friendspolitics that. Though it doesn't have ANYTHING to do with friendspolitics. I just want both the semi's to be played because those are the matches with alot of pressure n excitement.. I thought the rest of the nations participating also joined the league in order to get this excitement, from these kind of games and did not want to gain their place in the finals with a forfeit win..

I'm sorry for all the confusion, but the other admins shouldn't speak out their minds to much without talking to me first.

Conclusion:
The match will be re-organized with me taking extra care of it being organized well.
If a country doesn't feel like playing it, they are free to leave the cup, but that would be a shame and they would skip a good match (which is rare these days).
