@first - The background colors are a bit too dark in comparison to the render imo. Oh and you should use a bit more lightsourcing.

too dark, too plain, no effects, no blending
download some c4d pictures for the background, set those to lighten/screen/dogdes
use the soft brush of like 100 size and colour white and add 1 or 2 lightspots
learn about the smudging technique
download some brushes
that'd be it for a start. generally hf with photoshop : )

well then the c4ds are hardly visible and you should smudge the render/picture also then erase some of the basic picture to give it a feel like it's one with the background, if you follow ; p

tbh really bad 
its like a kid spoiled some paint on a piece of paper and then the kids dad put jamie on it
follow some tutorials because just fucking around is hard to get better at photoshop if u follow some tuts ull very quickly improve

There is no 'ctrl' button on fastcolts computer. Fastcolt is always in control.
anyways, even though I'm not a pokerwhore like fastcolt, that's what I do the most also, betting small to check what others do
but in this situation, fastcolt > me, listening to him is like asking a crackjunk how to use crack, u can trust it

tbh the sigs you made all are just good for your skill level
you're proud of them so it wont make any point of us telling you that they are ugly....so i will just say nice work...
BUT!...
(all that malydok said) and....
If you want to learn more about PS you should follow some tuts and google around to search for brushes...i'm doing a design school myself so i work allot with PS and AI(Adobe Illustrator).
I learned about the programs by watching tuts and making my own things when i was done with tuts...and just watch what all the options can do.
About the last sig you made...nice job makin the effect and all but it still looks kinda empty...you should try to do more then just making an effect and putting a text in it with a downloaded font...often its also nice to just make your own font by playing with the letters but that is what i do in AI sometimes.
Basicly its a nice effect you made there but its still kinda empty its missing something to let it pop out.
I will try to post some work later when i have some time.

its not bad...but it needs more work then just making an effect on a background and a text in a corner...
with designing you have to put on screen what you feel
and on that sig you made(the last one) tells me that you feel kinda empty at that moment? i dont know....

Well i started off a blank paper no c4d things made it all myselfagree with Ush and imo there's nothing to judge, cause we don't even know where you started from
Couple of lightning effects and i was done
i made all myself except for the font:P
