Ok so we haven't had a cup in a while so I think its a good time for one.

Noobroom clan cup has been a knockout style cup the last two times, but seeing as other cups have been successful as well using the group style, we are leaving the decision up to you to choose.

If it is to be a knockout style cup, we will be drawing names out of a hat. If it is groups, we will use seeds(created by me).
