Just remaking this topic so more people notice, cos it wasnt originally about this... you can now use custom resolutions (widescreens etc) in full with this patch :P

Untouched original v1.00 exe with only the fix added - download here: http://www.caserun.com/patch (r_mode file) (make sure to rename to sof2mp.exe)

Ive also added it to fp automatically so you dont need to download anything (unless you want it to work when youre not using fp). Use the commands below:

\r_mode -1
\r_customwidth [width, eg \r_customwidth 1680]
\r_customheight [height, eg \r_customheight 1050]
\vid_restart

For the geeks: 
offset B73C3 change 40 to 80
offset B73CD change 40 to BF

wouw i rock, fucked up my sof 2 full, when i start it up now, i see at the bottum of windows its on, but for the rest im normal windows, its really strange, did i do something wrong?

It also fucked my screen up tbh, but then I did /Q and restarted sof and now it's on 1680x1050 (as it says in console)
but in the menu it says 1280x1024
