Referee rules:

1. Respect all the clans, players and rules.
2. Don't say no to ref a match unless you have good reasons.
3. Don't ref matches your own clan is participating in.
4. Before the match starts, password the server and notify everyone who's going to play the match.
5. Make sure everyone is on FairPlay and check their guids too if necessary.
6. Take two screenshots of the FairPlay-list. One time in 1st round, one time in 2nd round. Also take screenshots of the scores, awards screenshots are optional.
7. If you must pause the match, do it at the start of a new round, never pause in the middle of a round. (AFK's, 999 etc)
8. Never abuse anyone while the match is being played, if you experience personal problems with a player, deal with it afterwards.
9. Upload match info and screenshots once the match is over.
10. Spectators are not allowed. Only referees, and no more than 3 referees are allowed in the server. Substitutions are allowed of course.

I think pause should be allowed only if asked withing first 3-7 seconds(idk something along those lines) of a current round(and the 'countdown' starts after freezetime)

3-7s maximum is ok even tho some serious damage can be done if these guys are blue @ going down small or maybe even die, but ofc not like after 30s have passed and one is dead then ask for a pause cause someone is on f0n3.
This should be forbidden.

Yes, the pause must be fast. Within 6-7 seconds or so... That's the APPROXIMATELY time for a patio rush, or the time for someone to die at the most quickest time.

1 more thing that should be more clear, in the last cup and other ones certain matches were played with random people who were willing to ref while not being in the ref list. So is it like "if theres no1 available from the list to ref no game" or what? and if some match is played with "fake" ref what happens? I mean whats the importance in this case? to avoid such things at the future

if both teams are ok with the ref, i don't think there should be any problem.

then there is no point of making this list. Only ppl from this list should be able to ref a match

Indeed, I think the referees should be decided along with the match, & they have to be from this list.

well even in last cup we had some guys as refs who weren't on the list and i can't remember any problems. i don't care which system we use, i just don't wanna see matches being cancelled because there isn't any referee available.

Agreed on that one too, let's keep the same system as before. Just let trustable refs do the job.

Random referee's are not good. They might not be aware of all the rules and we don't know if they're trustable. I will try my best to recruit refs that I know can do their jobs correctly, even if it's quite easy. Experienced cup admins is a plus.

I will also post our emails for anyone to contact us before a match starts.
