"where can i get sammod?"
or
"omg i put sam mod on and i get this this this error!"
and so on.

mods are considered as cheats(atleast in this community)
if you really wonder why, ask urself why are you using this mod? yeah its probably "nice sounds..wow, can hear from miles..and omgosh, those models, wow i can see enemy from small bunker to cargo if he shows his foot 1mm!!"

also fairplay anticheat blocks ALL pk3 files EXCEPT ctf_update..
yes, if you got problems with ctf_update, YOU CAN ASK about it, but no sammods or any of that shit.

What's this "ctf_update" and where can I download it?
Download:
1) megaupload(click!)
2) filefront(click!)
once you downloaded it, put it in demo or mp folder, doesn't matter really,
AND BACKUP YOUR CFG(make a copy of it), you need that later when you have used ctf_update and want to get rid of it.


ctf_update is a mod that adds goldmaps, sounds(step), capture the flag gametype and other stuff from full to demo. So basically you can play all the fancy maps from gold with this pk3 file in demo. Also a cup is being hosted by luminaire which runs those maps (http://demobase.eu/viewforum.php?f=97), registrations sadly are closed now though.

ahyo, you need patched .exe that allows pk3, and by the way has anticrash in it incase you run homemade server OR djminifix.
1) sof2mp-test.exe (allows pk3s+anticrash)
2) djminifix.exe(allows pk3s)
