So I have a dual core AMD with 64 chipset.
The following problems will happen if have not installed the proper drivers..
Your FPS will lag suddenly (example) 200 to 30 .. while your cpu and your graphic card can easily handle 200 fps.
Well that's my problem any ways.
I downloaded AMD OPTIMIZER! thiss will balance your cpu.
http://www.amd.com/u...71_9706,00.html you can download it here.
IT WORKS WHIT INTEL PROCCESORS ALSO IT HAS THE SAME TECHNOLOGY. so intel users can download it to.
also microsoft has admitted this problem and has a proper fix for it.
NOTE THIS IS ONLY FOR SP2/

u can download here.
NVIDIA USERS.

Some older drivers may/may not work with some games/benchmarks and dual core processors.
Nvidia Beta drivers have been clearing up some dual core crashing problems and some other games without having to go through the optimizations below.

ATI DRIVERS
https://support.ati....amp;folderID=27
Download the newest drivers it will work better whit your dual core cpu.
i hope someone whit this problem reads this and can be helped.
@ that comment of xzi it isnt about the wrong drivers normally you don't have to download a driver for your cpu.
EDIT;
for the people who dont understand i will tell it in short,
This is for people who use a dual core AMD/INTEL cpu.
Graphic cards do not respond good at dualcore cpu so if you download These drivers for your graphic card/ dual core cpu it will fix your problem Whit sudden lags at fps. mine fps is com_maxfps `125 its constant now Before the drivers i had a alot of lag whit FPS!
These drivers help to balance your constant fps
