Hello community,
The last NC has ended already some time and we're glad to announce you the second NC on Demobase! This means a lot of fun, frags and thrilling matches!
Who's organising?
The cup is organised by Steven a.k.a. Reflex and me. Though we would like to have some guys with us who are able to do adminship during matches and spectate the matches. Those admins will be selected when the groups are ready.
All matches will be played 2x10 ARC, the other rules will be when it's clear what countries might participate.
How to participate
If you want your country to participate, you can do the following:

-Create a topic with the name of your country(for example "Germany") on the NC forum. In this topic will be ONLY mentioned if you want to be captain of your country. So just post your in-game nickname in this topic. All other posts will be deleted.
-When enough people have mentioned they want to be captain there wille be a poll vote on this forum, where only the votes from the country count.
-If the poll winner is clearly going to be captain he will be, if the votes are close the admins will pick the captain or there's going to be a match to decide. [list]
Once the captains have been picked they can start making their team. They should tell me their complete roster for this cup on irc: #sof2test or on MSN: nis_sof3@hotmail.com
After this stage the admins will pick the countries that will participate in the tournament itself! It might occur some countries have to play a qualifier match to decide who's going to be in eventually!
I hope we bring this cup to a nice ending! Without you guys it won't happen, good luck to you all!

imo, all Estonians must chose a captain,but I agree xdAnywayz Lauri will be the capt of Estonia 99,99%.
