because using high sens and learning to control your mouse means you can aim better, everything is same speed, you only change how fast/far your hand moves, instead of how the computer reacts.
Thus your muscle reflex/memory improves for what you need to do.
Hence you can control every aspect of your aim.
Short version:
mouseaccel is unproportional to your actions.

ROFL will be tight match. Though it depends on who will play. Think people like FAINTHFeestyle (bro) and project (cC) will make a difference.
