i tried that once , quitting drinking
sux hard idd, suddenly half of the partys were less "wicked"
but in the end i started again, just because i dont have a drinkinghabit/problem, i just wanted to quit it and check if i felt healthier, meh quitted 1 month, nonthing changed, just got back to it, i dont drink at home or anything, but on parties i like to be wasted :$

There is no 'ctrl' button on fastcolts computer. Fastcolt is always in control.
anyways, even though I'm not a pokerwhore like fastcolt, that's what I do the most also, betting small to check what others do
but in this situation, fastcolt > me, listening to him is like asking a crackjunk how to use crack, u can trust it

1-2 beers every once a while is actually ok, actually has some positive sides(along with negative ones, but if it doesnt occur everyday it doesnt affect so much) to ur bodybuilding.Ye, but it feels bad when my friends drink alco at partys and i drink energizer or chocolate milk haha

alcohol affects the progress of bodybuilding but in that little way that u have to be a real addict till it affects the function of the muscles
