Nationcups with 3 max a clan is pretty regular in 'gaming world', fact is best CLANS usually contain players from 1 nationality anyway. To make it a nation cup instead of a clan cup they made the max 3 player rule, country that has most players in top level clans will win it.

I think more than 3 of team NA #1 are in 3v, almost all NL#1 are c4 and BE#1 looks really like Avelgem...
Too late to bring this change in now if we've played without it for so long.
