Dortmund - Een 18-jarige scholier heeft sinds maart in Dortmund, de grootste stad van West-Duitse Ruhrgebied, vijf banken overvallen.
Hij maakte daarbij in totaal zo'n 100.000 euro buit. Dit heeft de politie van de aan Nederland grenzende deelstaat Noord-Rijnlandse-Westfalen dinsdag laten weten.
De rechercheurs kwamen de jeugdige dader op het spoor met behulp van beelden van bewakingscamera's. De scholier heeft een bekentenis afgelegd.
