Is Slovenia suppost to play here, if on Primary Cup isn't ?
Slovenia and Morocco were rejected from primary cup coz in my judgment they had too few active players.
they can sign up for secondary cup.

ye and tbh i don see anything bad about poland #3 or NA #3 playing here. If they are active enough to get a match played within a week, it would just make the cup more interesting and even mebbe better to organize.

read somewhere u said u barely see 5 of these guys online @ the same time. if u notify them on time they have a CUPWAR im sure they will be online.
about team nl 3, ill rtalk with joeypapier if he is intrested in leading it.
na 3 and slovenia would be nice to. dunno who r in slovenia team tho.

But u sure on that? because I've been in some clans which where inactive to, but as soon as there was a cupwar everybody came online,almost fighting who could play.

yes I'm sure, I even asked some of them, they didn't want to play because we don't make a chance to win the cup but if exotica n riffy will play, n if lokkie can't play in tr1.. then things could be different..
