well,tbfh, a shitty mix,where ppl use to leave,rage-disco,hack,and whine, can't be compared with a clanwar. It's like 1guy is windowglitching for 1 sec ,'acccidently', and it could be 90% of u guys, should anyone whine 4 ban ? On the other side,isnt it interesting that just before the first match, -Ger vs Est -this pathetic try to get freez outta game happens..oh merax is est..how interesting.

I don't agree, m60 sniper is lame and there are rules for it, don't wipe them away because this happening, 3 months is too long, I agree with broken on the 2-3 cupmatches he would have to miss, that would be more appropriate.


If you bend the rules because of freez you will have to do it for everyone and I can see it happen, every random loser will go do shit like this in mixes because there is no punishment on it.

Applying the rules like they are, he would get a 3 months ban for this, I agree that's kinda lame, but he shouldn't get away with this either, some funny fuckers will fuck up every mix by this shit if you wipe it away like this..

Indeed he shouldn't be banned for 3 months as the rules are too harsh imo, and not reasonable. Rules should (will) be rewritten either way, but Freez should be judged by the new rules as this is the first case of m60 scoping being busted like this.

Well marco got busted for some harmless jokingbarrelcamping and couldnt play for cc in clancup either so just judge by the rules, it's harsh i know but u gotta be consistent.
You can change rules after this case but now you just have to imply them. He knew this was the punishment for scopem60.

Like you think any of us gives a flying fuck about freez, if you somehow follow my "discussions" with freez on demobase you would know what I mean.
It is just we didn't quite think of scenario like this and some of us feel punishment is too harsh and the rules should be slightly altered.

you of all people inhere should know you can't change the rule for him anymore, he still shoudl get punished by old rules, maybe for the nxt guy who does that you can do smthg, not for him.

I understand what you're saying, but do you really think he should be punished for our bad rules? It is but in concrete situations that rules can be tested to their efficiency, and now the rules we made, which we haven't applied before, turn out to be too heavy.

ic, but you guys voted for these rules, when u made them you wanted harsh rules but now that you actually need to imply them ur backing off. Should overthink some rules then and rly come with some strategy: or you go for the harsh way or you make them quite blurry and leave room to discuss every case.

We should have thought of every scenario when making the rules, but me myself didn't actuallly think someone will
m60 sniper in mix and get busted for it. Now some of us think this is too harsh so we try to somehow punish him in proper way.
So on the one hand, we shoundln't change the rules now, on the other rule we made is too harsh
and probably unfair in comparison to other offenses.
so you see it can be a hard decision to make.

+1. you were straight in marco his case for some 1 second barrelcamping and banned him so he couldn't play for cc in clancup. Why should freez be handled different?

once again, how funny that germany plays estonia today.. how comes...the whole discussion is pathetic. it aint a finals sk.vs 3v or c4, its a shitty mix,where all of us use to play,and we rarely play with random noname kids, so the worries of 'funny fuckers' is unnecessary. remember how often ppl,even 'well-known' just leave,and its even more annoying as a single m60-bullshitting. why isnt there a punishment for that? how often did a pussy disco for no reason,(ofc a connection problem is something different) and made 5 of 6 mixes useless? what about the 'windowglitching' i mentioned?? every1 does/did it ocasionally.. this is all about getting freez out of game so est can proceed with ease.
