oh su already, it basically means you'll be suspended during one cup. Stop trying with these theories already.i get banned after the next cc but before the tc,
i sign up with [B] or smt, but i wouldnt play any match anyways
with the next nc i play every match with Turkey
so basically it's not a punishment then, since I wouldn't play in the tc anyways

this is much better than the old rules 
but still it could be better something like this
1st bust : 2 matches
2nd bust : 5 matches
3rd bust : 10 matches
