What rules do you refer to phil?
All the in game rules are the same as they have been for the last ~3-4 years..
Multiple countries, 1 team?
Also old, I'll use an example you(as a player who wanted Hungarians in Team Germany) should know. Team ASH(Austria, Switzerland & Hungary) from 2-3 seasons ago.
The rule freez was busted for?
He knew it and should accept the consequences, although the rule was indeed harsh and has been changed already, but he will be punished by the old punishments as he was busted during that time.
