It's clean, aim doesn't even look special.. first two frags he made on that record could be suspicious but during the whole record it kinda sucked.
I don't believe it would be a shiftbot either, I don't know this guy.. according to his FP hes some random noobie who has been in EHS, more I don't know.

His aim was pretty good for a random guy, but it didn't look like
aimbot it felt like normal aim. At least this isn't conclusive enough,
