this aint an official db cup so they can play.

this cup is hosted on db and therefor they cant play, since you have to use dbrules and also demobase banlist. and artemis is banned too

Okay that's settled then.

If someone decides to host a cup and asks for a sub forum, it doesnt mean db rules will be applied for this....the organizer must say if db bans are applied or not....even though this is a subforum of db.
