This is because custom guids are NOT a free service which you get for pestering jaron, I am now in charge of guid allocation and the rules are very simple:

If u reason like this, you could say everyone who has more then 1 post/day joined has donated, because without the steady/often posters, db wouldnt even exist... it needs the posters more then its creator... if xillax didnt run db someone else would have.

+ i think its about donating to FP not db..

ive known shifty and xillax for some time now, and i like both of em.

i just like this whole discussion that will probably follow, so i figured i might start it , good for my post count xDD

And ofcourse something like this cant be justifiable, for several reasons.

some people do have custom guids like, xillax, and math, and im sure there others but im not trying to point fingers of hate towards those people.
why? because they are close to shifty? because they helped with fp? i wanted to help, but didnt get the chance after offering my services // i dont get picked to be xill/shiftys TOP DB FRIENDS
does that make me less worthy of a custom fp guid? and since i didnt get that chance, and didnt get "picked" to be their friends"", i have to buy their friendship for 10$ ?

if anyone should get a fp guid for free, it should be 1) winners of cups
2) doc, because really, he always posts announcements, that piss people off, that he didnt even decide on his own, and he does so much for db IMO
3) donaters to FP as well i can imagine that

but tell me, if i donate 10$ now, what guarantee do i have that in 1 year from now, you guys dont say, hey we resetted fp guids its 20$ now.
because the people who got it for free, (BEFORE THIS TOPIC) just got screwed over like that (kinda)

and i dont really think jaron is hte kind of person you can "pester" into doing you a favor tbfh.

And please don't be ridiculous, Xillax donated support forum to fp(AKA DEMOBASE.EU) & if I'm not wrong he's
involved in the development of fp.

Haha, no mate, its not a big deal to me, it are just some digits, if i dont want to use fp nothing forces me at all even, so i could just make my own fp kinda program and call it w.e i want and w.e guid i want if i wanted to

ive never been busted + 0 unsent demos i mean, i dotn thinka nyone is gonna worry if i just rec instead of fp tbfh.

but its just that, my fp didnt work, for like 1year+ and no one helped me fix it, eventually i fixed it MYSELF, and now ur asking me to pay you money...

kinda bad system, its not about me having or not having a custom guid, its just bout the unfairness of it all IMO.

you got it all wrong really
even if someone got his guid cause he's a friend of shifty, there's nothing wrong with it.
It's not that he owes you smth because you couldn't fix your fp.
